Narath Carlile

Work with our unique integrated coaching team - Dr. Narath Carlile and Dr. Michael E. Brown - to elevate your executive vision.

Our differentiated approach blends dual expertise with strategic thinking, evidence-based performance strategies, advanced time management, and sustainable productivity—empowering your organization to excel through complexity and continual change.

There is nothing formulaic about our coaching.

We start with understanding your unique challenges, both as a leader and in your day-to-day tasks. We take a 360 view of your situation across multiple dimensions: procedural, mechanical, interpersonal and technical. Then, we zero in on what is most important in a given area and create a plan for addressing your issues and optimizing your approach.

We partner with accomplished leaders and teams.

Ready to amplify their impact and clarity of purpose? In addition to benefiting from classical executive coaching, you will learn to use Dr. Carlile’s custom built AI-supported cognitive high performance tools.  This technology, along with education on concepts related to productivity, value and flourishing, will empower you to achieve whatever is most important to you.

The impact on my well being and my professional productivity has been enormous.
I will never go back to my old way of doing things.
