Narath Carlile MD, MPH, FAMIA, is a physician, executive coach, innovator, educator and emerging thought leader in sustainable high performance.
Known for his pioneering strategies, Narath combines visionary insight with hands-on pragmatism. As a physician executive he not only shapes the conversation on purposeful productivity, but as a software engineer also develops practical tools and frameworks that empower leaders and teams to thrive in demanding environments.
Narath is an internist at Mass General Brigham, assistant professor at Harvard Medical School, and lecturer in the Clinical Informatics and Innovation Fellowship. He also has expertise in Global Health, Social Equity, Health Innovation, Data Science and AI. He holds a BPASc in Computer Science from York University, MD from Dartmouth, and MPH from Harvard.
Narath is recipient of many awards, including the Leonard Tow Humanism in Medicine Award and Excellence in Medicine/American Medical Association Foundation Leadership Award. He serves as board president of The Humanist Chaplaincy at Harvard & MIT.

Michael E. Brown MD, MS, MHCM, was trained at the Center for Executive Coaching and The Generative Knowledge Institute, and has completed the requirements for certification from the International Coaching Federation (ICF-ACC). He also reads and studies extensively to learn different theories and practices. He doesn’t rely on one framework, but rather he pulls concepts from many teachings.
In addition to being an executive coach, Michael was the Chief Medical Officer for Acesis Inc., supported improving clinical research as a board member for SASI, was the Chief Information Officer of Harvard University Health Services, and taught courses in information technology and healthcare management at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
Michael graduated from New York University School of Medicine with an MD and an MS (Cell Biology). He trained in Internal Medicine at Scripps Clinic in San Diego, and then performed a two-year research fellowship at the Scripps Research Institute. In 2007, he went back to school, and graduated from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health with a Masters in Healthcare Management (SM).
